Course

Description:

The 5K Walk/Run begins and ends at Athena Consolidated School. It is a complete loop that begins down MacEwen road, continues into Bluebell subdivision and then takes a turn onto the trails and wraps up on MacEwen road in the Athena parking lot. It is a scenic route that will be beautiful during this time of year.

There will be snacks, beverages and door prizes immediately following the walk/run and there will also be a bake sale. We are pleased to announce the the Summerside Western Capitals will be participating in the walk/run. Not only will they be participating, but the Caps have generously donated a game ticket to each person who participates in the walk/run. So grab your reindeer ears, bring your Christmas cheer and come on out to help support people in our community during the holiday season!
