• ·      Race Directors info pages & sanctioning document – edited (may need more) other pages created/updated

The whole process can be broken down into a few tasks:

1.     Data entry (assign bib numbers and print envelopes at same time) (BUY ENVELOPES)

2.     Order Bibs (list of customized bibs?)

3.     Letter needs editing and printing

4.     Cards needs filling out (members name & bib #, current year filled in and signed by Membership Committee member)

5.     Letter, Bib & Card need to be stuffed in envelopes (envelopes left unsealed, in alphabetical order)

6.     Then they can be taken to the AGM and first few point races after which they will be sealed and dropped off to SportPEI to mail.

• ·      Redesign the member bibs?  – make them something very appealing to locals and tourists, something that screams PEI… Design student?
• ·   Database 

1.     race added to Database – Jamie(?) FIND DATABASE PROGRAMMER or find someone to migrate it to the web

2.     Then: do points, publish, find any mistakes

3.     Start Memberships (Jesse can tweek that)
